Event Setup Assistant

Introduction

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces and ensure all materials and arrangements are ready for scheduled activities. Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces according to assigned layouts and instructions.
• Arrange tables, chairs, displays, signage, and promotional materials as needed.
• Organize supplies and verify that required materials are available before events begin.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and presentable event areas.
• Support event breakdown by removing materials and returning items to designated storage areas.
• Coordinate with team members to complete setup tasks on schedule.
• Check event spaces for missing items and report any issues promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper handling procedures.
• Provide additional assistance during events as assigned.
