Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up event spaces, tables, displays, signage, and promotional materials
- Organize event supplies and equipment before activities begin
- Load, unload, and move event materials as needed
- Help keep event areas clean, organized, and presentable
- Make sure required materials are available and properly positioned
- Support event staff during preparation and on-site activities
- Assist with welcoming attendees when needed
- Help break down displays and pack materials after events
- Return equipment and supplies to designated storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials as required
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous event, hospitality, retail, warehouse, or setup experience is a plus
