Summary of Job Duties:
Serves beverages to patrons on the casino floor and at the Table Games areas by performing the following duties.
Specific and Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Takes beverage order and relays it to Bartender
- Notifies Bartender when beverage is a comp or charge item
- Collects order from Bartender, adds appropriate garnish, places on tray, and serves to patrons with cocktail napkins
- Computes bill and accepts payment as needed
- Up-sells liquor
- Collects money for drinks served
- Comps players drinks in accordance with house rules
- Suggestive sells specialty and house cocktails, beers and wines
- Thorough knowledge of liquor types
- Thorough knowledge of in-house liquor, beer and wine selection
- Requests identification from customers when legal age is questioned
- Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles and returns them to the bar or kitchen
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Preferred:
- Six (6) months experience as a cocktail and/or food server in a similar environment
- Experience working in a similar resort setting
Machinery or Work Equipment Used:
- POS register system
Licenses:
- Food Handler's Card
- Alcohol Awareness Card
