What You’ll Do
As a Cocktail Server at STK Steakhouse, you will be a key member of our high-energy front-of-house team. Your mission is to provide elevated and engaging service to our guests, deliver exceptional beverages with precision, and ensure an unforgettable Vibe Dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a warm, welcoming, and energetic manner
- Take drink and appetizer orders promptly and accurately
- Deliver cocktails, wine, and beverages with efficiency and presentation excellence
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and proper pairings
- Ensure all guest needs are anticipated and met with urgency and attention
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and other FOH team members to maintain smooth service flow
- Maintain a clean and organized cocktail serving station and assigned section
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and safety protocols
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently
- Deliver the STK vibe through professional appearance, enthusiastic service, and commitment to excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a high-volume, upscale hospitality environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology fundamentals
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure
- Impeccable communication skills and guest-focused mindset
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences
