You’ll sit at the intersection of accounting, finance, and strategy, playing a key role in evaluating acquisitions and shaping the company’s long-term growth.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with the corporate development team to evaluate acquisition targets
- Build and refine financial models, forecasts, and pro formas
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and key metrics for potential deals
- Prepare clear reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Support due diligence and integration planning for new acquisitions
- Work across accounting, finance, and operations to ensure smooth post-acquisition transitions

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-eligible preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, or corporate finance
- Strong Excel and financial modeling abilities
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
