Job Duties:
- Review and interpret provider orders to prepare accurate medications for patients
- Support clinical services by assembling, labeling, and distributing pharmaceutical products
- Maintain comprehensive records of all filled prescriptions and provider orders
- Manage the intake and organization of donated and purchased medication inventory
- Execute regular inventory audits and counts to ensure supply chain accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment according to established regulations
- Interact with patients and healthcare providers to address medication requests
- Support the broader administrative team on special projects and facility needs
- Prior professional experience in a pharmacy or dispensary setting filling medications
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate medical databases
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to people from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in the Spanish language is a significant plus
