Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and review of external financial reports, including SEC filings and consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC, and regulatory requirements.
- Support quarterly and annual reporting processes, including drafting disclosures and footnotes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal finance teams and external auditors.
- Provide technical accounting research and recommendations as new standards and transactions arise.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
- CPA license (or actively pursuing certification).
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a Big 4 or large regional public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a drive for professional growth.
