What You’ll Do
- Handle day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of properties, including general ledger activity and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate property-level financials and assist with month-end and year-end close
- Prepare financial statements and performance reports for management
- Partner with development, property management, and asset management teams to support active projects
- Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Support annual audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1 years of accounting experience (real estate or property accounting a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar systems preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute in a team-oriented environment
