Are you an accounts payable professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for process accuracy? We’re seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing team and help manage end-to-end invoice processing for a fast-paced organization. This is a great opportunity for someone with A/P experience or a recent graduate in Accounting ready to launch their career.

• Hybrid flexibility: In-office for training (Homewood location), then remote with only 1 week in-office every 6–8 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming vendor invoices with speed and accuracy, ensuring proper routing and workflow completion

• Review and resolve workflow errors, prevent duplicate payments, and manage missing vendor information

• Audit purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring compliance with payment terms

• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice issues and reconcile accounts

• Review aged invoices, initiate follow-ups, and make manual adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of related A/P experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital invoice systems

• SAP experience REQUIRED – familiarity with Ariba and Readsoft a plus

• Excellent communication, analytical, and customer service skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high data volume

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
