What you will do:
- Maintain effective communication internally and externally
- Assist with building and delivering quotes
- Address team needs in proposed changes to meet client requests
- Collaborate with sales and technical personnel to ensure company objectives are met
- Review development roadmap for new products/processes
- Understand and evaluate the risk of potential sales
- Attend technical conferences and visit customers to promote products/company
- Maintain cost sheets and review market pricing regularly
What you will need to be successful:
- Engineering degree or equivalent professional technical background
- Open to recent graduates
- Application engineering experience is preferred
- Previous experience with cloud-based CRM is a plus
- High sense of urgency
- Independent self-starter with a proactive mindset
- Strong sense of customer service
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
