What you will do:
- Lead and manage in-house sales staff and event coordinators
- Direct and grow the national Regional Managers program
- Oversee retail packaging events and trade show participation
- Develop and nurture relationships with retail and national accounts
- Identify new sales opportunities and customer segments
- Collaborate on online marketing and social media initiatives
- Prepare and deliver public presentations and sales pitches
- Participate in weekend packaging events and domestic/international travel
- Develop annual sales budget, forecasts, and margin targets
- Monitor sales performance and control costs to meet financial goals
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Business Law, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales management experience
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead diverse sales teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
- Experience developing sales strategies and performance metrics
- Proficiency in sales software; Salesforce experience a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative, team-first attitude
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and public speaking skills
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers and organizations
- Willingness to travel and participate in weekend events
Salary : $105,000 - $140,000
