What you will do:
- Provide technical support and resolve IT service requests via Helpdesk software (ServiceNow)
- Set up, configure, and track hardware/software inventory (computers, printers, mobile devices)
- Support Active Directory (user setup, changes, terminations)
- Manage patching and antivirus updates across endpoints and servers
- Monitor backups and ensure system/data integrity
- Decommission and dispose of obsolete IT equipment
- Create and maintain end-user documentation and deliver basic training
- Assist with IT budgeting and asset planning
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the IT Manager or the Executive Team with recommendations
What you will need to be successful:
- 1 3 years of IT support/help desk experience
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
- CompTIA A or Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Intune, BitLocker, and common support tools
- Experience with PC diagnostics, repair, upgrades, and basic networking
- Familiarity with Active Directory, antivirus management (e.g., Carbon Black), and backup systems (e.g., Cohesity)
- Comfortable supporting ERP and other business-critical applications
