About the Role
Palm Health Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will take ownership of billing, accounts receivable, contract compliance, and VMS billing operations — playing a critical part in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all revenue-related functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Accounts Receivable Oversee end-to-end billing and AR processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
- VMS Billing Management Manage VMS billing workflows, including compliance with client requirements, contract terms, and submission accuracy.
- Contract Compliance Ensure contract compliance across all assignments, collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Financial Documentation & Records Maintain ownership of P-Drive and financial documentation, ensuring records are accurate, organized, and aligned with company standards.
- Cross-Functional Partnership Serve as a key liaison to Operations, Recruiting, and Leadership teams to support financial integrity and operational efficiency.
