We're Hiring: Senior Manager – APP Locums & Permanent Placement Recruiting
Are you a business development powerhouse in the healthcare staffing world? We're looking for a driven leader to win new business, grow client accounts, and lead our APP (Nurse Practitioner/PA/CRNA) locums & permanent placement division.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business development — identify, pursue, and close deals with hospitals & health systems
- Manage and grow key client accounts, negotiating contracts and renewals
- Lead a team supporting both locum tenens and permanent APP placement
- Oversee sourcing/recruiting efforts (bonus if you can run a full desk!)
- Partner cross-functionally to scale a growing dual-function staffing program
What You Need
- 3 years of Locum Tenens APP recruiting industry experience — in leadership, recruiting, or BD/Account Management (required)
- 2 years in a leadership/management role
- Proven track record in business development & account management
- ATS/VMS platform experience (Salesforce, HealthTrust, etc.)
- Full-desk experience is a huge plus
