You will:
- Act as a true business partner to the CEO

Profile
- Come from healthcare, pharmacy, life sciences, telehealth, or regulated DTC/e‑commerce (essential)
- Have experience in high‑growth and public company environments (essential)
- Are comfortable building from scratch rather than inheriting mature infrastructure
- Are commercially minded, pragmatic, and execution‑focused
- Value in‑person collaboration and are committed to being office‑based in Clearwater (non-negotiable)
