Description
- Build up the corporate strategy, and drive the growth of the company togerher with other C-suite
- Oversee a workforce of 1,000 employees, including offshore RCM operational and technology functions
- Drive operational efficiency through AI adoption, process automation, and continuous improvement
- Build and execute global delivery strategy, optimizing cost, productivity, and performance metrics
- Establish strong governance, operational KPIs, and execution discipline across business units
- Strengthen client satisfaction, retention, and service-level performance across major healthcare accounts
- Support global partnerships, and international resource expansion as needed
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across U.S. and India-based teams, ensuring high-quality, scalable service delivery

Profile
- Proven experience as COO, Head of Operations, or senior operational leader in RCM-enabled healthcare platforms
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale global teams (1,000 employees) across onshore/offshore models
- Deep expertise in Revenue Cycle Management operations, healthcare billing workflows, and payer/provider dynamics
- Strong track record of scaling operations internationally, especially with delivery centers in India
- Experience driving AI-enabled transformation, automation, and operational modernization
- Background in high-growth healthcare technology or PE-backed services companies
- Existing global network and operational resources across the U.S., India, and other strategic markets
- Strong client-facing leadership and executive presence with enterprise healthcare stakeholders
