Job Description
You will:
- Act as a true business partner to the CEO
- Build a scalable, fit‑for‑purpose HR function
- Balance public‑company rigor and regulatory requirements with speed and pragmatism
- Be highly hands‑on, shaping frameworks while still executing day‑to‑day
- Designing and leading a high‑impact HR function aligned to growth
- Delivering organization design, role clarity, and leadership capability
- Building scalable people systems, policies, and processes
- Owning compensation, benefits, performance management, and development frameworks
- Partnering with leadership on succession planning and culture
- Ensuring compliance within a public, regulated healthcare environment
- Developing and elevating an existing HR team
This role is suited to senior HR leaders who:
- Come from healthcare, pharmacy, life sciences, telehealth, or regulated DTC/e‑commerce (essential)
- Have experience in high‑growth and public company environments (essential)
