We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team working at the TDSI / CSX rail terminal in Wayne, MI. this role, you’ll oversee the unloading of brand-new automobiles from railcars. No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

As a Rail Terminal Supervisor, you’ll coordinate daily operations to meet customer expectations. You’ll lead a team, prioritize safety and efficiency, and ensure vehicles are unloaded and placed accurately.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle unloading.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Ensure safety standards are followed.
- Communicate with customers and manage equipment availability.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and vehicle security.
- Assign duties and manage staffing levels.
- Collaborate with terminal leadership to improve operations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Railcar prepper experience preferred.
