We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team working at the CSX rail terminal in New Boston. In this role, you’ll oversee the unloading of brand-new automobiles from railcars. No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle unloading
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Ensure safety standards are followed
- Communicate with customers and manage equipment availability
- Maintain inventory accuracy and vehicle security
- Assign duties and manage staffing levels
- Collaborate with terminal leadership to improve operations
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required
