About the Role:
As a Rail Terminal Supervisor, you’ll coordinate daily operations to meet customer expectations. You’ll lead a team, prioritize safety and efficiency, and ensure vehicles are unloaded and placed accurately.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle unloading.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Ensure safety standards are followed.
- Communicate with customers and manage equipment availability.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and vehicle security.
- Assign duties and manage staffing levels.
- Collaborate with terminal leadership to improve operations.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required. Railcar prepper experience preferred.
