Responsibilities
- Assess and improve reliability programs for manufacturing equipment
- Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to prevent recurring issues
- Develop and execute predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
- Evaluate and optimize spare parts and maintenance plans to reduce unnecessary costs
- Revamp the existing reliability program and establish a roadmap aligned with industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design reliability into new equipment and systems
- Provide technical input on machinery upgrades and replacements to enhance long-term performance
- Support safety and compliance initiatives related to equipment reliability
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of manufacturing experience, preferably within chemical or industrial processes
- Proven background in reliability engineering, including system and equipment design for reliability
- Strong knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), predictive, and preventive maintenance optimization
- Hands-on experience with tools such as RCFA, FMEA, and spare parts optimization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and improve reliability programs holistically
