Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full executive search process for our clients
- Meet and exceed your weekly and monthly performance goals in alignment with your Business Unit Lead
- Direct outreach (headhunting) and identification of suitable candidates for assessments and client presentations
- Lead the full recruitment cycle – from initial contact to offer stage
- Conduct interviews and prepare detailed candidate presentations
- Produce high-quality shortlists within set timeframes
- Communicate with candidates and clients
- Build and maintain a strong talent network through regular conversations and referrals
- Keep our CRM database accurate and up to date
- Generate leads and gather market intelligence to support the sales team
- Participate in daily team meetings and actively contribute to project planning
- Collaborate on client projects with Sector Leads and colleagues in the Executive Search team
- With continued success: mentor and coach new team members in your region
- Prepare for annual feedback and development reviews to grow into other roles
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–4 years of professional experience in sales, recruitment, or a related corporate environment, with a demonstrated track record of successful cold outreach
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a solution-focused mindset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust
- A true team player
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in our Philadelphia office
