What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and mentor crews on daily operations
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards
- Handle scheduling, client communication, and employee support
Requirements:
- CA Driver’s License with clean record
- 3 years in a similar role
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
