Vista, CA | Full-Time | $75k–$95k Bonus

What You’ll Do:

·                Lead daily landscape operations and guide your field teams

·                Mentor crew members and create a safe, collaborative work culture

·                Be the main point of contact for clients, building lasting relationships

·                Conduct site walks and recommend enhancements

·                Collaborate with your team to deliver top-quality results

What We’re Looking For:

·                3 years in landscape management or supervision

·                Valid CA Driver’s License

·                Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

·                Horticulture education or CLCA Certification a plus

·                A natural team player who enjoys mentoring and problem-solving
