Summary
Manufacturing Engineer responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting VPI and launch activities, and improving safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing process development, equipment selection, tooling, and production launch activities.
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T to develop manufacturing processes that meet product specifications.
- Optimize equipment and processes using continuous improvement, structured problem solving, and data-driven analysis.
- Develop standardized manufacturing methods, process documentation, and best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Support workstation design with emphasis on safety and ergonomics.
- Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and process improvement support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience with Fanuc HandlingTool or Arc Tool.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation.
- Experience with manufacturing process development, equipment, tooling, and launch activities.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Ability to work fully onsite and support 6 months day shift and 6 months night shift.
Salary : $45 - $55
