Job Title: RN LTC (Long-Term Care)
Location: West Burlington, IA 52655.
Work Arrangement: On-site.

Schedule: Mid shift (2:30 pm to 11 pm).
*May be required to work night shift (2245 - 0645) at times*

POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Provides each Elder with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the Elder’s assessment, choices, and care plan.
- Works closely with the RN Manager to manage the day-to-day functions.
- The facility has 160 beds.
- Resident-to-nurse ratios will be discussed during the interview.
- Must have BLS/ACLS.
