SKILLS REQUIRED:

Primary (Must-Have):

✔️Advanced configuration of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) workflows and rules

✔️Functional requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and configuration workbooks

✔️MAWM extension design and build using Manhattan ProActive, Groovy/Java, and custom UI/services

✔️Integration design between MAWM and MHE/WES/WCS automated systems (conveyors, ASRS, AGVs, put walls)

✔️API/event contract definition, message flows, payload sequencing, and retry/error handling patterns

Secondary (Good to Have):

✔️Integration experience with enterprise ERP, OMS, TMS, and middleware platforms

✔️Cutover planning, test strategy execution, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization support

✔️Hands-on troubleshooting of MAWM logs, integration payloads, performance bottlenecks, and exceptions

✔️Technical leadership, offshore team coordination, and code/design review oversight

✔️Warehouse operational fallback procedure design and exception handling framework creation

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Manhattan Active WM Consultant with 15 years of experience to join an onsite engagement based in Atlanta, GA. In this role, the consultant will serve as the primary subject matter expert responsible for leading functional process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and end-to-end technical execution of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in configuring MAWM, building ProActive extensions, and architecting complex real-time integrations with automated warehouse equipment (MHE/WES/WCS) and enterprise systems.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

✔️Configure core Manhattan Active WM capabilities including facility setup, inventory rules, allocation, waving, cartonization, and task generation

✔️Design and build MAWM extensions utilizing Manhattan ProActive, Groovy/Java logic, custom UI screens, events, and document definitions

✔️Lead integration architecture between MAWM and MHE/WES/WCS automation (ASRS, sorters, AMRs/AGVs, pick-to-light, print/apply)

✔️Define API/event contracts, message flows, error handling, and reconciliation patterns across ERP, OMS, TMS, and middleware applications

✔️Conduct fit-gap analysis workshops, author functional and technical specifications, perform log-level troubleshooting, and guide offshore teams
