Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Process Associate to support the sales and sales management teams by ensuring accurate data management, maintaining customer documentation, and coordinating sales-related processes. This role works closely with internal departments and customers to support sales activities, resolve inquiries, maintain ERP/CRM records, and contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Operations Support
- Perform day-to-day sales process activities while meeting established performance metrics.
- Support sales teams by coordinating customer setup and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Assist with account mapping, order entry, and account management activities.
- Support SAP part number creation and maintenance.
Customer Support
- Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Distribute customer communications following sales and installation activities.
- Provide timely responses to customer requests and help resolve concerns.
Documentation & Data Management
- Collect and maintain required customer documentation, including vendor forms, W-9s, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Review, edit, organize, and maintain proposals, specifications, and supporting documents.
- Maintain documentation within internal systems and shared platforms.
- Generate, monitor, and update reports as required.
Order & Project Coordination
- Review, submit, and track job packages throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests.
- Support additional projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree.
- Experience supporting sales operations, customer service, or administrative functions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
