Shift Details : Night shift 8pm - 7am. 4 days a week with 10 hour shift with 1 hour lunch. Working days are Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The L3 Data Center Tech – Manager will lead day-to-day data center operations, supervise technical teams, oversee infrastructure deployment and project builds, and handle complex technical escalations. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of server hardware, data center infrastructure, troubleshooting, and deployment procedures, combined with team leadership and stakeholder management skills..
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily data center operations, infrastructure builds, and deployment activities.
- Supervise technicians, assign tasks, prioritize tickets, and balance team workloads.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technicians, service provider management, and client stakeholders.
- Review build documentation, identify gaps, and resolve technical dependencies before execution.
- Oversee server installation, hardware deployment, connectivity, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Act as the L3 escalation point for complex hardware, connectivity, and operational issues.
