• Data Integration Architecture (Service Graph, REST APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps)

POSITION OVERVIEW

The ServiceNow AICT Solution Architect will join the Enterprise IT Governance & Architecture department, reporting to the VP of Enterprise Platforms. The selected candidate will lead solution design, technical decisions, and quality reviews for enterprise-wide ServiceNow Artificial Intelligence Control Tower (AICT) and IRM implementations. In this role, you will solve critical AI governance and risk management challenges by defining controlled data ingestion patterns, establishing risk methodologies, and ensuring secure lifecycle adoption across production environments.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow AICT architecture, release validation, configuration design, technical governance, and quality assurance reviews.

• Design risk methodologies, controls, attestation workflows, residual-risk frameworks, and exception-handling processes aligned with enterprise AI governance.

• Architect authoritative-source mapping, Service Graph integrations, API import patterns, data reconciliation, and evidence integration mechanisms.

• Translate complex governance requirements and managed-state criteria into executable platform processes, data-model configurations, and operational workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, risk officers, and technical teams to drive AICT/IRM plugin deployment, lifecycle management, and adoption.
