Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the Human Resources team while ensuring daily activities align with departmental goals and business objectives. This role will serve as the first point of contact for employees and external visitors, assist with document management, scanning, electronic file indexing, and support general HR administrative functions. Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
- Assist with daily HR operations and departmental projects.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and external inquiries.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate HR team members as needed.
Document Management
- Scan, upload, and electronically index HR documents and personnel records.
- Maintain organized and accurate electronic filing systems.
- Ensure all documents are properly stored and easily retrievable.
- Assist with records management while maintaining confidentiality.
Administrative Support
- Perform data entry and maintain HR documentation.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute HR-related documents.
- Support scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with additional projects as assigned by the HR team.
Customer Service & Compliance
- Deliver professional and courteous service to employees and visitors.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.

Minimum Qualifications
