SKILLS REQUIRED:
Primary (Must-Have):
• Hands-on systems administration experience with SCCM for workstation imaging and packaging
• Robust understanding of Active Directory, user account management, permissions, and group policies
• Strong Server Administration foundational knowledge spanning both physical and virtual server environments
• Proven familiarity with ITIL frameworks, specifically ownership of ITIL Change Management processes
• Experience operating within an enterprise Fusion Center, Command Center, or Network Operations Center (NOC) environment
Secondary (Good to Have):
• Hands-on familiarity with advanced infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and enterprise IT ticketing systems
• Direct exposure to compliance-driven environments requiring strict, precise adherence to established SOPs
• Flexibility and willingness to work variable shift schedules (including second or third shifts) to support 24/7 team coverage
• High-tier troubleshooting capabilities across complex hardware, software, and networking landscapes
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a senior-level Fusion Center Systems Administrator with a deep technical pedigree in systems administration and infrastructure operations to join our 100% on-premise team in Allentown, PA. Operating out of our mission-critical Fusion Center, the successful candidate will oversee enterprise infrastructure health, manage change control configurations, and execute high-tier technical troubleshooting across servers, networks, and workstations. This shift-based role is vital for maintaining the continuous stability, performance, and security of our utility-scale operational technology and enterprise environments.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor and maintain critical IT systems, servers, and networks from within the Fusion Center, responding rapidly to automated alerts and infrastructure health indicators.
• Administer Active Directory structures, managing user accounts, permissions, and security groups while ensuring absolute compliance with security governance.
• Utilize SCCM to handle enterprise workstation imaging, patch management, and software packaging deployment workflows precisely.
• Execute, track, and log complex IT support requests and infrastructure incidents through enterprise ticketing systems from scoping to root-cause resolution.
• Drive adherence to ITIL Change Management processes, managing the technical risk and documentation of system modifications within a highly regulated environment.
