SKILLS REQUIRED:
Primary (Must-Have):
✔️5 years of IT Service Delivery Management / Project Leadership in Manufacturing, Labs, or Supply Chain environments
✔️Deep Knowledge of Healthcare / Life Sciences compliance regulations (GxP, CSV, FDA, Site QMS)
✔️Strong IT Service Management (ITSM) framework expertise (Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management)
✔️Network Infrastructure understanding (Network topology, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and Appliances)
✔️Multi-vendor delivery coordination and local IT operations oversight (Deskside & Network services)
Secondary (Good to Have):
✔️Hands-on familiarity with IRIS, CMDB, and JIRA tools
✔️Experience managing hardware lifecycle activities (TLM/ALM & PCLM)
✔️Strong customer-facing presence paired with highly developed emotional intelligence

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an IT Site Delivery Lead to champion Technology Services for our Manufacturing, Logistics, and Labs (MLL) functions fully onsite in Jacksonville, FL. In this critical, senior-level role, you will own the delivery of infrastructure, application, and platform "Build and Run" services in strict alignment with enterprise standards, governance, and regulatory compliance. Acting as the primary site point of contact, you will direct local operations support staff, manage high-level stakeholder expectations, and bridge the gap between technical teams and business operations to drive seamless continuity across a heavily regulated facility.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️Orchestrate and execute day-to-day IT service delivery supporting critical onsite manufacturing, logistics, and laboratory operations.
✔️Coordinate incident, problem, change, and release management workflows utilizing internal ITSM processes, ensuring precise record-keeping and rapid service resolution.
✔️Act as the frontline technical point of contact for site services, actively monitoring service health, driving major incident response protocols, and escalating delivery risks to leadership.
✔️Ensure all IT solutions, infrastructure modifications, and platform changes strictly comply with GxP, Computer Systems Validation (CSV), FDA regulations, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
✔️Drive synergy across internal Business Technology (BT), Operational Technology (OT), and Technical Operations teams to engineer solutions that deliver directly on commercial business roadmaps.
✔️Oversee and optimize site network Tech Lifecycle Management (TLM), Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM), and PC Lifecycle Management (PCLM) initiatives in partnership with global network teams.
