Altek Business Systems is hiring a Sales Administrator in their Telford Office. This position a fast-paced and detail-oriented administrative position. This role is ideal for someone who is very detail-oriented, who has strong communication skills, is organized, professional, and supportive.
As the Sales administrator you are the bridge between the sales, delivery, and invoicing of all of Altek's copier products. You must ensure that every document, communication, and transaction is handled accurately, efficiently, timely, and with a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administrative coordination, documentation, and providing updates for all sales orders.
- Prepare and process purchase agreements within ERP, create invoices and picking lists, and order needed equipment.
- Ensure inventory is received, allocated based off of serial number, and provided to the delivery team to build.
- Communicate with the customer the status of their order, and ensure delivery is scheduled once the order is complete.
- Invoice and create necessary paperwork to process funding through the leasing company.
- Track and report all funding applications and complete necessary changes to ensure timely funding.
- Communicate with Administrative, Sales, and Service/Delivery Team through every step of each purchase order from submittal to funding.
- Answer reception and administrative calls as part of a team.

Base Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
