Incentive Coordinator (Sales Administration)
Easton, PA
Primarily onsite – flexibility for 1–2 remote days after training/performance ramp-up
Pay: $26–34/hour
Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented Incentive Coordinator to support the Sales Administration team. This role focuses heavily on sales incentives, customer rebate programs, commission calculations, reporting, and financial accuracy. The ideal candidate will be analytical, process-driven, comfortable working with large data sets, and confident communicating with leadership, sales teams, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer customer rebate and sales compensation programs
- Calculate rebates, commissions, accruals, and incentive payouts
- Reconcile data and investigate discrepancies across multiple systems
- Prepare reports, statements, and analytics for leadership and sales teams
- Maintain accurate program documentation and audit-ready records
- Support dispute resolution and inquiries related to incentives and payouts
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Sales, and Customer Support
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and compensation reporting
Ideal Background:
- 2–4 years of experience in rebates, commissions, sales incentives, finance operations, or related analytical roles
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting
- Experience working with compensation plans, rebate programs, or commission structures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers and large data sets
- Comfortable presenting information and interacting with leadership teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
Preferred:
- Experience with incentive compensation or rebate platforms
- Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or B2B environments
- BI tools, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL exposure is a plus, but not required
