A rapidly growing organization is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support and help build the operational infrastructure behind a high-visibility Corporate Security function. This is a newly created, highly strategic role focused on program management, operational efficiency, budgeting, vendor oversight, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration.
The organization is looking for someone who enjoys building processes and infrastructure rather than simply maintaining an already mature operation. This position will work closely with executive leadership and multiple internal teams while helping modernize and scale operational workflows across the security organization.
Compensation & Structure
- Compensation: $130,000–$175,000 bonus potential
- Hybrid flexibility with preference for 2–3 onsite days weekly
- Direct Hire opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational infrastructure and program governance for Corporate Security initiatives
- Manage project plans, KPI tracking, documentation, reporting, and operational accountability
- Build and maintain policies, procedures, compliance calendars, and governance documentation
- Lead vendor management processes including RFPs, contracts, SLA tracking, renewals, and performance management
- Build and manage departmental budgets, forecasting models, expense tracking, and financial reporting packages
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, Executive leadership, and additional internal teams
- Develop operational reporting, metrics, dashboards, and data tracking initiatives
- Maintain organized databases, reporting tools, and internal communications
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and operational modernization efforts
- Support strategic planning and operational execution across multiple business initiatives
What They’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience within operations, program management, finance, audit, compliance, shared services, corporate operations, or related environments
- Strong project management and budgeting experience required
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and process-oriented
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Someone growth-oriented who enjoys building and improving operational functions
- Forward-thinking mindset with interest in AI and process improvement initiatives
- Strong Excel, reporting, and operational analysis experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional projects simultaneously
- Experience within regulated or operationally complex industries is highly preferred
- PMP or similar project management exposure is a plus
