We’re partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a Patient Service Specialist to support front office operations within a Pulmonology Clinic. What You’ll Be Doing…
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providing professional and compassionate customer service
• Support front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and phone support
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation
• Coordinate with providers, clinical staff, and patients to support efficient clinic operations
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within clinic systems
• Float to nearby clinic locations in Olympia as needed to support operational needs
Here’s What Your Work History Needs to Show as Evidence That You’re the Right Candidate…
• At least 1 year of experience in a Patient Service Specialist, medical receptionist, or similar healthcare front office role
• Strong customer service and communication skills in a clinical or patient-facing environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Experience with scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, or front office support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Pulmonology clinic experience is a plus, but not required

Location: Olympia, WA (100% onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00AM–5:00PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Pay Rate: $24.00–$26.00 per hour
Additional Notes: Candidates may be asked to float to nearby clinic locations in Olympia.
