We’re partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to support front desk operations, patient coordination, and scheduling within a busy clinic setting. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage high patient volume while supporting a positive patient experience.
What You’ll Be Doing…
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providers, families, and outside agencies regarding clinic services and care coordination
• Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, procedures, and follow-up care while supporting efficient clinic flow
• Verify insurance coverage, patient demographics, and ensure complete and accurate medical records prior to appointments or services
• Facilitate communication and documentation between patients, providers, ancillary departments, and payers
• Support scheduling for procedures, pre-admission testing, and future patient appointments within the clinic
• Manage front desk workflows in a high-volume environment supporting 200–250 patient check-ins daily
Here’s What Your Work History Needs to Show as Evidence That You’re the Right Candidate…
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical or healthcare setting OR 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with front desk operations, patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, or referral coordination
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required — Epic experience is mandatory
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Experience handling confidential patient information with professionalism and discretion
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance authorization processes, CPT, and ICD-10 coding preferred

Pay Rate: $24.00–$26.00 per hour
