The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) is dedicated to reducing, preventing, and educating the community about domestic violence. We are currently seeking a Prevention Manager to assist Program Services. This position reports to the Director of Training and Community Education.

You will be responsible for:
- RESEARCHING and IDENTIFYING trends in prevention practices to develop and resources to share this information with local program and other community partners
- COLLABORATING internally with other teams and identifying areas where prevention and intervention connect
- SCHEDULING and FACILITATING regular meetings and trainings with local member programs and organizations based on current needs and best practices
- ENSURING technical assistance is provided to local member programs as needed
- RESPONSIBLE for scheduling and coordination of training for local programs
- DEVELOPING training and resources to support new and ongoing PCADV led prevention initiatives
What qualifies me to be considered:
- Three to five years' relevant experience
- A 4-year degree OR relevant combination of experience and education is required
- Prior experience in public health, violence prevention, advocacy, or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including analysis of issues related to IPV and Prevention
*Note: This position is mostly remote. Facilitation of some in-person responsibilities may be required. This position requires that the employee maintain residency in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
