The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) is dedicated to reducing, preventing, and educating the community about domestic violence. We are currently seeking an Evaluation Specialist to assist Program Services. This position reports to the Director of Training and Community Education.

You will be responsible for:
- PROVIDING overall evaluation support to the organization
- SUPPORTING member programs to assist with local and statewide evaluation efforts
- ENSURING training and technical assistance is provided to local member programs as needed
- PARTICIPATING in the ongoing development of survey instruments and other mechanisms
- PRODUCING evaluation reports for continuous quality improvement, funder reports, and report-outs for membership programs
- INTERPRETING and using data to inform decision making for the organization
What qualifies me to be considered:
- Two years of relevant experience
- A 4-year degree OR relevant combination of experience and education is required
- Experience in conducting and facilitating evaluations
- Experience with evaluating prevention initiatives
- Experience with process and outcome evaluations
*Note: This position is mostly remote. Facilitation of some in-person responsibilities may be required. This position requires that the employee maintain residency in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
