DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and seasonal activities
- Promote events through flyers, social media, and guest communication
- Build relationships with guests to encourage participation
- Coordinate holiday celebrations, themed events, tournaments, crafts, bingo, movie nights, and other resort activities
- Set up, oversee, and clean up events
- Manage activity inventory while adhering to budget
- Ensure a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for all guests
- Work collaboratively with all resort departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, public recreation, or resort ops; experience working specifically within an RV park or campground environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have exceptional communication skills with an outgoing, positive personality
- Must be highly organized, capable of multitasking, and comfortable speaking in front of large groups
- Proficient using Microsoft Office tools
- Must have valid driver's license
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain upon hire
- Must have a flexible schedule to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and peak holiday periods
