DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Measure ingredients, mix products, and hand-roll pretzel dough
  • Prep, produce, and bake a variety of amazing items while maintaining consistent quality
  • Greet customers, fill orders, and operate the point-of-sale system
  • Clean equipment and maintain a tidy workspace to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ensure shop is stocked and ready at all times
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 15 years old
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for duration of shift
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Manual dexterity to consistently twist and shape dough
