DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Measure ingredients, mix products, and hand-roll pretzel dough
- Prep, produce, and bake a variety of amazing items while maintaining consistent quality
- Greet customers, fill orders, and operate the point-of-sale system
- Clean equipment and maintain a tidy workspace to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Ensure shop is stocked and ready at all times
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 15 years old
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for duration of shift
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Manual dexterity to consistently twist and shape dough
