DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for guests
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Meet store operating policies and standards which include providing quality beverages and food products, cash-handling, and store safety
- Engage with all guests and build rapport by discovering and responding to their needs
- Communicate clearly with professionalism at all times
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
- Must be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to understand and complete oral and written instructions; request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to interact with all guests and team members
- Able to work as part of a diverse team
