We are seeking a motivated and energetic Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our dynamic team. Position Summary
Provide outdoor grounds and lawn maintenance services at various contract locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, leaf removal, and seasonal cleanups
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean, inspect, and report damaged equipment to supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
- Work as part of a team to complete assigned tasks
- Report issues, incidents, or customer concerns promptly
- Overtime may be required; other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in grounds maintenance preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge of grounds maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Ability to follow safety rules and use PPE
- Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work in varying weather
