We are seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief to lead field operations and oversee a small crew of technicians. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring accurate data collection, safe field execution, and efficient daily operations.
- Lead field survey crews (1-3 technicians) on daily assignments
- Perform and oversee boundary, topo, utility, and construction layout surveys
- Establish control points, property lines, ROW, and elevations
- Verify accuracy of field measurements, notes, and sketches
- Interpret plans and ensure precise field execution
- Enforce safety procedures and company standards
- Train and mentor Instrument Operators
