The role:
This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role where you'll be working directly with customers to understand their problems, build solutions, test them, and make sure they work properly in real production environments.
You'll be building full stack software, fixing technical problems, and creating reusable tools that can be used across future customer projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with people, and being part of a close-knit, high-growth team.

Requirements / experience:
- 0-1 years of experience, but strong college projects or internships will be considered
- Proficient in Python, TypeScript, and React
- Comfortable working with APIs, services, frontend, and data
- Interest in full stack engineering, solutions engineering, consulting, or customer-facing technical work
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with technical and non-technical people
- Open to being on-site in Chattanooga and traveling to customer sites
- Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, or observability experience is a plus

Full Stack Software Engineering with a focus on customer-facing, forward-deployed environments. Experience working across Python, TypeScript, and React, building and deploying production-grade systems. Strong understanding of APIs, backend services, and frontend applications.
Exposure to cloud and infrastructure tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience or interest in integrating enterprise systems (SSO, OIDC, SAML) and working with real-time data.
Comfortable working directly with customers to understand problems, build solutions, and deploy software in live environments. Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Interest or experience in AI/LLM applications, automation, and building scalable, reusable systems.
