Surgery Scheduler - KOC West

We are currently seeking a full-time Surgery Scheduler who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice at our KOC West location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule orthopaedic surgeries and outpatient procedures, tests, and diagnostics

• Provide patients instructions and information regarding surgery and procedures

• Schedule patient follow up appointments

• Various department administrative duties

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Medical office experience and EHR proficiency preferred

• Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance standards

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and independently

• Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service
