We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Appointment Schedulers who are committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice at our KOC Weisgarber and KOC University locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Create patient appointments for all KOC locations

Obtain patient information and schedule follow ups as needed

Work incoming referrals in Updox

Assist department with various administrative tasks as needed
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Medical office experience preferred

Understanding of all safety protocols and procedures

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
