Key Responsibilities:

Research and process refunds for overpayments made by health insurance companies, worker's compensation, and patients
- Reviews reports
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

1 years of experience in a medical billing office or similar

Experience with patient or customer collections

Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance standards

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
