We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Registration Specialist who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice at our KOC Maryville, KOC Weisgarber, and KOC West locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Checking patients in/out

Obtain patient information and schedule appointments and follow ups as needed

Input notes into EHR system (NexGen)

Assist department with various administrative tasks as needed
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Medical office experience preferred

EHR and NexGen experience preferred

Schedule flexibility - available some evenings and Saturdays

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
